Champion Ride Essential Information

Date: Sunday, October 22, 2017

Ride Routes / Start Times:

  • 8:00 am – 103 miles (Century – Yellow Arrows)
  • 8:10 am – 66 miles (Metric Century – Orange Arrows)
  • 8:20 am – 36 miles (Half-Metric Century – Green Arrows)
  • 9:00 am – 10 miles (Trail / Family – Blue Arrows)

Packet Pick-Up Options & Waivers

Early packet pick-up is available at the Lake Mary location of David’s World Cycle 

  • Friday, October 20th from 11am – 6pm
  • Saturday, October 21st from 12pm – 5pm.

Packets can also be picked up at the 2017 Champions Ride for Charities from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 at AAA on International Parkway in Lake Mary.

NOTE: Day of event rider registrations will not be guaranteed a T-shirt.

All participants must sign and turn in waivers at the time they pick up their packets in order to participate at the ride.

Waivers will be available at the Lake Mary location of David’s World Cycle and on ride day for your convenience.

The Champions Ride for Charities starts and ends at AAA Corporate Headquarters on International Parkway in Heathrow, Florida.

Event Schedule

  • 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. – Registration, final packet pick-up and breakfast
  • 7:45 a.m. – Opening ceremony
  • 8:00 a.m. – 103 mile riders released
  • 8:10 a.m. – 66 mile riders released
  • 8:20 a.m. – 36 mile riders released
  • 9:00 a.m. – 10 mile riders released
  • 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Lunch provided

  • E Seminole Blvd in Sanford is still flooded, so we are probably going on the 1st street side of things for that last SAG stop?
